BANGOR, ME [ndash] Alpha "Alphie" Ann Treadway, age 67, was born on June 10, 1950 in Oak Hill, WV and entered Heaven's gates on Thursday, October 12, 2017.
Alphie was known for her unwavering faith in God and unconditional love for family and friends. Everyone that knew Alphie loved her and received love in return. She was always able to find that something special in everyone. She will be missed terribly and her love and laughter will carry on forever.
Alphie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne Treadway, parents, William and Mary Hamilton and brother, Eddie Hamilton.
Alphie is loved and survived by her dog and constant companion, Lilly, her daughter, Michelle Stevens and husband, Jeff, of Milo, Maine, her son, Jack McClung Jr. and wife, Trina, of Fayetteville, WV, seven grandchildren, Justin McClung, Cody Sylvester, Leah Stevens, Kaylee Stevens, Caleb McClung, Skylar Neal, Lake McClung and great grandson, Lucas Haynes, four brothers, Mike Hamilton and Diane Paussi, Danny Hamilton and wife, Becky, David Hamilton and wife, Diane, and Randy Hamilton, all of WV, six sisters, Diane Spaulding and Jennie Hamilton, both of NC, Brenda Gunther and husband, Gary, of FL, Linda Weant, Kathy Neal and husband, Eric and Mary Lou Blethen and husband, David, all of Oak Hill, WV and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Alphie's life on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the 4H Camp in Fayetteville, WV from 5-7 p.m. All friends and family are invited to come celebrate the life of this amazing woman.
