Bill, his brother Don and his parents were my next door neighbors for several years. He was a great teacher. Bill and my Dad were big hunting buddies. When I retired from the Army and came back to WV, we talked quite often on the phone and saw each other on several different occasions. RIP my Friend. Charles W. I have known Bill for such a long time. He was a wonderful and caring person. We spoke at least twice a month. We both sent each other any new information on our heritage. I will miss him so very much.
