Billy B. Ratliff, 69, died July 31, 2019 with his family by his side at the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
He was born October 19, 1949 in Charleston, WV to Sherman and Kathleen Ratliff.
He was a 1969 graduate of Shady Spring High School. He enjoyed life... spending time with family, attending sporting events, laughing with grandchildren, spending time with his nephew Ritchie Keith, and talking/joking with others. He had a kind heart and a fun loving spirit.
Left to honor and remember his spirit are: wife, Phyllis Ratliff and three children, Lori (William) Bragg, Jamie Wilkinson, and Scott (Tishie) Ratliff; seven grandchildren, Brianna Bragg, Kali Bragg, Isaac Bragg, Lilly Wilkinson, Wylie Wilkinson, Kyler Ratliff and Ella Ratliff; a sister, Carol Hannah; a brother, Larry (Linda) Ratliff; and many nieces and nephews.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Ratliff; and brother in law Dallas Hannah.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 5, 2019 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home.
Friends may visit from 12-2pm.
