Eddie  Farha
Eddie Farha, 84 of Beckley, WV formerly of Charleston, WV passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Eddie was born December 16, 1935 to the late Aziz Farha and Bahia Rashid Farha in Oklahoma City, OK.
Eddie was a member of the St Christopher Episcopal Church in Charleston, WV.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Yvonne Hudson Farha; 3 sisters, Virginia Tuma of MI, Georgia Hamra of WV and Genevieve Dawahare of KY; and one brother, Sidney Farha of KY.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Brad Farha and wife Lisa of Beckley, WV; daughter, Melanie Farha Griffith and husband Billy of Beckley, WV; sister, Vivian Swyden of Missouri; grandchildren, Preston Riffe of North Carolina, Joshua Farha and Kelsey Farha both of WV.
Due to COVID-19 travel and gathering restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in memory of Eddie Farha to the Parkinson's Foundation at www.parkinson.org.
The family would like to thank the staff of Pine Lodge and Hospice of Southern WV for the support and care he received.

I think he was a manager of HECKS in the 80’s If so he was super nice and well liked. So sorry for the families loss.

I worked with Mr Farha at Big Lots in Oak Hill... we joked and laughed so much ...he was a wonderful happy person who cared for everyone he was over there... I was just thinking about him the other day and wondering how he was... now his faith is fulfilled...prayers for your family ...he was a wonderful person

I am so sorry for your lost. I work at big lot's in oak hill wv. I really liked Mr.Farha he was a very sweet man to work for at big lot's .He was a funny.
