Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" McNeish Gray, 83, of Cockeysville, Maryland, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 1, 2017.
She was the daughter of Robert and Mae (Allen) McNeish of Beckley, West Virginia.
She grew up in Slab Fork and Beckley and was a proud member of the Class of 1951 at Woodrow Wilson High School. She went on to graduate from Marshall College with a degree in Elementary Education. Upon graduation she moved to Maryland, but West Virginia always remained her home.
She was the beloved wife of William L. Gray, and the devoted mother of Sarah Courtney Gray, of Chicago, Ill., and Elizabeth Kelly Gray, of Timonium, Maryland.
The family will receive visitors at the Ruck Funeral Home in Towson, Maryland, on Wednesday, Sept. 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m.
A memorial service will be held in her honor on Thursday, Sept. 7, at 11 a.m. at Timonium United Methodist Church.
