Ann was born May 27 1940 in Beckley WV, the youngest of William and Lula Miller's 8 children. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ray, daughter Deborah, sons Bruce and Jonathan, and their families.

Ann and Ray met in Charleston WV. They married and moved to his hometown Columbus IN to raise their family, and later to Indianapolis where Ann developed a career in art and architectural tours. She was a 32 year docent for the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Director of Tours for Historic Landmarks of Indiana, and owner of Ann Ahlbrand Tours, leading her groups through America and Europe's art, architecture, and gardens. Ann was also a published writer, public speaker, world traveler and devoted friend. A generous and vivacious person who was instantly memorable to everyone who met her, Ann lived a rich and amazing life. She will be greatly missed.
