We enjoyed singing and Patty enjoyed being pianist for the Community Choir. Eunice was talented, dedicated and such a testament of staying young and productive. She inspired us. Our condolences, prayers and love to the family.

Sharon, Kenneth and wonderful family of Mrs. Fleming. I checked Webster's Dictionary for the word ANGEL...and a picture of your Mom was beside the word. Like all her students in Dubois-Mustang Nation----Mrs. Fleming was LOVED by all. She encouraged me to be brave when I was in the 8th grade and selected [by her] to sing a solo--- O HOLY NIGHT--- before the entire student body at Mt. Hope HS. I was nervous, but her twinkle in her eye proved to ease my nerves. Funny thing, it was the last time I sang in public and I only sing in the shower now and I'm good with the Amen in Church. Mrs. Fleming, I send to you in Heaven a favorite passage : "Peace I leave with you; my Peace I give you. I ...do not give as the World gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14: 1-6; 25-27. I plan to sing with you again---someday. With Love, Gary W. Sweeney (Charlotte, NC)Read more

Dear Michael and Sharon, I can vividly remember the first time I met your mother. She visited our school at Pax to introduce us to the wonderful world of music and the choir. She is the most wonderful teacher I had through my entire schooling at Pax and Mt. Hope. So pleasant but authoritative when required. My heart is smiling with such wonderful memories of your mother. She cared. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. God’s choir just got better. David
