Norma Lee Foreman, age 80, of Crab Orchard, WV, passed away at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, on Monday, February 26, 2018.
Born on April 3, 1937 in Summers County, she was the daughter of the late William Lively and Pearl Nelson Lively.
Mrs. Foreman was a homemaker and was a former employee of Flowers Bakery in Crab Orchard. She was a member of Glenview Independent Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting in her spare time.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Foreman was preceded in death by her husband, William Foreman; by two daughters, Melanie Burgess and Lora Lee Canterbury and by a brother, Billy Joe Lively.
Those survivors left to cherish her memory include a brother, David Lively and wife, Gwen, of Cool Ridge; a sister, Lena Gunther and her husband, Charles, of Crab Orchard; four grandchildren, Jamie Morgan and husband, Terry, of Hamlin, Texas, Caitlin Wilcox and husband, Chad, of Mullens, WV, Josh Canterbury of Salem, Virginia, and Luke Canterbury, of Salem, Virginia; two great grandchildren, Lexi and Emma Wilcox, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Friday, March 2, 2018, at 11AM, with Pastor Duane Pease officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV.
Friends may visit with the family from 6 PM until 8 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
