Richard F. Murano
Richard Francis Murano, 77, of the Egeria Road, Flat Top, died early Friday morning, July 12, 2019, at his home with this wife at his side.
Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Raymond Murano & Margaret King Murano.
Mr. Murano was a retired carpenter from Local 67, Boston, MA. He loved to work on remodeling/adding additions to their home, gardening, small home farming, and camping. He was a member of AAIWV and Mother Earth Beat Drum. He was a kind, gentle loving man who quickly made friends with those he met. West Virginians were tickled by the Bostonian accent which he never lost.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Judith Tibodeau, his 2nd wife Sandra Lord.
Survivors include his wife Gail B. Gellman Murano of 12 years, Children of his heart: Mary Elliott, Steven & Sara Kade; Joshua & Frances Kade; Nathan Kade; Jonathan Kade; Lori Appleton & husband Wayne, and Kayla Anderson. Four grandchildren: Charlotte, Michael, Jaxon, and James. Brother: Robert Murano; Sisters, Andrea Murano and David Hart; Linda Thibeau. Extended family; LaVerna & Tom; Mel Smith and Mother Earth Beat Family. A host of nieces, nephew & cousins.
On Friday, July 19, 2019, the Murano family will have a gathering for a time of sharing memories at the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
The family will host a celebration of life gathering at a later date.
