Ronald Edward Hunter, 73, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care Center, Rutledge, TN.
He was a talented photographer and artist, and thoroughly enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of his life. He attended Rutledge Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by his parents Alonzo and Margie Hunter.
Survivors include his loving wife Karen Hunter; children Julie Hunter, Teresa Brabston, Travis Hunter, and Valerie Hunter Kelly; grandchildren Kimberly (Dillion) Atkins, Stacy (George) Cameron, Jonathan Hixon, Sean Brabston; great-grandchildren Ariyah Atkins, and soon to be born Delilah Atkins, Amy and Austyn Cameron. Also children of George Cameron, Whitney (Eli) Myers, and Megan (Steven) Strange, Nicholas Cameron and George's great-great-grandchildren Zaniel Myers, Addison, Racelyn, Remington, Tennessee, and soon to be born Heidi Strange; special friends Norman and Brenda Moore; and dear little dog, Mindy.
At his request he was cremated, a memorial service will be announced at a later date.

I am so sorry for your loss. Ron was a good man. He and his father used to rent a huge building from my father, Leo Lares, that was filled with classic cars. They loved their classic cars. It was always fun to see what they were up to with those old model cars.
