Morris L. Fleshman, born May 26, 1943, of Orient, Ohio, formerly of Danese, WV, passed away after a short illness on August 31, 2017, at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran, a Triple Bronze Star Recipient and a Double Medal of Valor recipient. He retired from General Motors after 32 years of service.
He was preceded in death by parents Luddie & Elsie Fleshman, brother LT Fleshman and son Tim Fast. He is survived by wife Deborah Fleshman, sons Joshua (Beth) & Ernie (Miesty), Brother Harrison (Brenda), Nieces: Tammy (Greg) Thomas, Tiffany (Michael) Martin, Nephew: Tim Fleshman, all of Danese, WV. Great Nieces and Nephews: Allison, Braydon, Deanna, Andrew, and Megan. Along with many extended family and friends.
Per Morris's request he will be cremated at Porter-Tidd Funeral Home in Mount Sterling, OH, and his ashes will be interred at Wallace & Wallace Memorial Cemetery in Clintonville, WV, at a later date.
