Angelo Lancianese, 91, of Mount Hope, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Born October 21, 1926 in Oswald, WV, he was the son of the late Frank and Adelina Cantalupo Lancianese.
Angelo served and was a veteran of the United States Navy, he was a retired postal carrier, and was a faithful member of the Mount Hope First Church of God.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Robert Lancianese; and three brothers, Albert, George, and Jimmy Lancianese.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Kathryn Warwick Lancianese; a daughter, Polly Obugene and husband, John Lee; two grandchildren, Jonathan Angelo Obugene and Ashleigh Kathryn Obugene; two brothers, Pasco Lancianese and wife, June Lee, John Lancianese and companion, Sue; and sister, June Murphy.
The family would like to extended there gratitude, and thanks to brother, John Lancianese; caregiver, Kathryn Light; and niece, Donna Grimmett for helping take care of Angelo these last six months.
In keeping with his wishes Angelo will be cremated and there will be no services.
