Catheline Joy Lewis Dobbs, 79, of Glen Jean, WV, died on Sunday, October 07, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV.
Born July 18, 1939 at Meadow Creek, WV, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Nina Ayers Lewis.
Joy was a member of the Sun Full Gospel Church and a homemaker.
Her husband, Gaillard "Al" Dobbs; son, Jerry Dobbs; sisters, Louise Lattie, Dora Vest, Phyllis Roop and Sally Ellis; and brothers, Jack Lewis, and Alton Lewis preceded her in death.
Survivors include son, Daniel Dobbs of Ohio; brothers, Willard (Charlene) Lewis of Florida, Billy (Kathy) Lewis of Michigan, Rabon (Dottie) Lewis of New Jersey, sisters, Joan Terry of Glen Jean, Judith Sheehan of Oak Hill and Diane McKinney of Oak Hill; three grandchildren; and special nephew, Pannell Lewis.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call from 11:00 am until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
