Nancy Annabelle Puckett Hodge, 84, of Lansing, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Plateau Medical Center.

Born on December 28, 1937, at Lansing, she was the daughter of the late John and Thelma Kincaid Puckett.

Annabelle was a member of Ames Heights Bible Church, Mountaineer Home Makers, Vandalia Garden Club, ANGEL Support Group, and helped on the Lansing/Ames Reunion Committees. She graduated from Ansted High School In her spare time she loved to quilt, read, and run around with friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her three sisters: Juanita Gray, Mary Clark, and Delma Bailes; and two brothers: John Puckett and Bob Puckett.

Left to cherish her memory are children: Virginia and Wayne Stollings of Mebane, NC, Timothy Kincaid and his wife Lorelei, of Kernersville, NC, Jeffrey and Maryann Kincaid of Lansing, WV, and Charles and Tammy Showalter of Oak Hill; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Erma Shannon of Buffalo, WV, Barbara Marty of Victor, WV, and Linda Arbaugh of Beckley, WV.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
