Naomi Grace Lilly, 95, of Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia, formerly of Rock View, WV, was called home by her heavenly Father on
May 31, 2021.
Born June 4, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Agustino Tobia, who was an immigrant from Montefiascone, Italy, and
Virginia Alice (Burns) Tobia.
Mrs. Lilly was a long-time member of Rock Castle Baptist Church where she previously served as a Sunday School teacher, a youth leader, a deaconess, a choir member, and was greatly involved in the Rock Castle Women's Mission Group.
Her greatest life's effort was through her example of servanthood, humility, integrity, faithfulness, and instilling God's goodness into her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 71 years, Junior Alvis Lilly; four brothers, Louis Tobia of Delbarton, WV; Emanuel Tobia of Wareham, MA; Romie Tobia of Flurida; and Paul D. Tobia, Sr. of Tornado, WV. She also was preceded in death by four sisters, Katherine, Ruby, and Bertha Tobia; and Sylvia
Hall of Florida.
Survivors include her two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Ron Ellison of Virginia; Linda and Barry Lester of Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia; one grandson, Aaron Tobias (Toby) and Mindy Ellison of Powhatan, VA; two great-grandchildren,
Michaela Rose Ellison and Clint Tobias Ellison.
She is also survived by two brothers, Billy and Sherry Tobia of E Falmouth, MA; and Manford and Liz Tobia of E Falmouth, MA.
She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving
friends.
Private services and burial will be held at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton, WV with Pastor Michael Knotts officiating.
