Ansted, WV - Ruby passed away on May 23, 2025 at her home. Those that she loved, and was loved by, include daughter Patricia ( Joseph) Ross, son Stephen (Sandi) Neal, and grandchildren Stephen Ross, Melanie Mae Neal and Matthew Neal. A gravesite service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday June 21st at High Lawn Cemetery in Oak Hill.
