Basin, West Virginia - Shirley Mae Mills, 69, of Peak Ridge, Basin, died Saturday, August 3, 2019, at her home with family by her side.

Born August 24, 1949, at Basin, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Harrison O'Neal and Frances McKinney O'Neal.

She was a faithful wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roger Mills and three siblings.

Those left to cherish her memory, her six children, Benny A. Mills, Timothy S. Mills, Suzanna L. Mills, Rebecca J. Mills, Donna D. Mills, and Shannon R. Mills and wife Pam;

Nine grandchildren;

Six great-grandchildren;

Eight siblings, Rosemary Shrewsbury, Joetta Shrewsbury, Judy Reed, Ronnie O'Neal, Connie Register, Nola Underwood, Viola Maxwell and Jane Tommey;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 7, 2019, from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Charles McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell-McKinney Cemetery at Basin.
