West Virginia - Wilma E. Nichols, 98, of Pipestem, died peacefully, Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the home of her daughter, Joy Parisien in Hendersonville, NC.
Born, July 7, 1922 in Summers County, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Jenny Cox Farley.
Wilma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister aunt and friend.
She loved her family, enjoyed gardening, especially her flowers.
She was member of Cooks Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Lee Nichols, three sons, Leonard Lee (Johnny) Nichols, Jr., Thomas Andrew Nichols and infant son, Teddy Nichols, one daughter, Margie Nichols Farley, five siblings, a grandson, Oliver Nichols and a son-in-law, Gilles Parisien.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Joy Parisien, Fred Nichols and wife Betty, Ray Nichols and wife Connie; twelve loving grandchildren; several loving great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Wilma E. Nichols will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday (today), September 15, 2020, from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Dallas Peyton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellison Family Cemetery in Pipestem. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until the service hour at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Michael Nichols, Benny Farley, Joseph Nichols, Leonard Nichols, Stephen Nichols and Matthew Burdette.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Fred Nichols, Ray Nichols and Stacey Bennett.
The Nichols family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center on the Athens Road in Princeton.
